Listening and asking first. In the intake we pick up how the work runs now and where it pinches, so we have the right problem.
After the intake we come with a proposal: what we'll build, how we'll approach it and what it delivers. Concrete enough to decide on.
Sometimes a pilot is wise: the smallest working piece first, to test the assumptions. If it holds, we continue. If not, we adjust.
After that we build in short sprints with goals set up front. A review each sprint, your people and the business looking on, and we adjust as we build.
